We are looking for someone with an ambitious self-starter attitude, reliable transportation and previous maintenance/make-ready experience.
Summary:
The Maintenance Tech is responsible for all make-readies.
Removal of trash from vacant units.
In addition, they should be able to do minor electrical and plumbing.
Good painting skills, dry wall experience a plus and must have great attention to detail.
HVAC experience would be desirable.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing and pulling required.
Must be able to operate a vehicle or power equipment when necessary.
Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs.
and be able to withstand working in all types of weather conditions.
Must have valid driver's license when working from property to property in the local area.
You must have 3
years of previous maintenance/make ready experience and High School Diploma or GED.
