Do you enjoy working alone in a home environment? No prior experience is required-we will train.
Our Caregivers work in the homes of clients who may need help to maintain their independence with:
Meal preparation and/or eating Grooming, bathing, and/or dressing Hygiene Mobility Light housekeeping Medication reminders Companionship and conversation Appointments and errands Are you Friendly and Loving? Compassionate? Respectful? Patient? Professional? Skills:
Ability to work independently without the need for constant supervision Ability to pass state-required training requirements Commitment to adhere to health and safety standards Ability to follow a plan of care unique to each client Time management Outstanding communication and interpersonal know-how Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making Strong ethics Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent Mobile cellular device Some clients require physical mobility assistance up to 50 lbs.
