Any combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform custodial work Written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of general cleaning tool use DUTIES:
Cleans and maintains buildings, facilities and equipment in an industrial facility.
Collect and dispose of trash, ensuring cleanliness throughout the facility.
Mow grass, trim edges, and perform general landscaping tasks.
Conduct routine facility cleanup and address safety hazards promptly.
Maintain outdoor structures and assist with general maintenance tasks.
Uses cleaning tools and other products to create a healthy working environment.

Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to withstand frequent bending, squatting, or crouching Ability to frequently handle (hold, seize, grasp, turn, etc.
