Review and set up customers and vendors and contracts in Sage 300 CRE.
Generate customer invoices along with any customer required documentation.
Process vendor invoices with required documentation and matching to receiving reports.
Review AR and AP Aging's with operations on a weekly basis.
Reconcile customer and vendor accounts and maintain the ledger.
Distribute customer statements and obtain payment updates from customers along with collections calls as needed.
Escalate at risk receivable balances.
Communicate directly with internal management and customers to resolve discrepancies.
Document management (electronic and paper).
Prepare various daily, weekly, monthly accounting reports.
Assist with preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales tax returns.
Assist the accounting department with various requests and train as back-up for other duties, as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Prior experience billing customers and processing vendor invoices.
Efficient data entry, document management, file creation, and previous records experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Experience in ERP systems; Sage Construction 300 experience a plus.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other commonly used computer programs.
Ability to multitask and review your own work for accuracy/reasonableness/completeness.
